How to choose a menu
Over the years I have developed my repertoire of cooking to many international cuisines and regional styles. Although my early training was in France in the Rhone Valley, I have travelled extensively through Europe and further afield to develop wider skills and expand my repertoire.

If you have particular dietary restrictions please tell me at our initial consultation - I will be happy to accommodate you. Otherwise, I would as a matter of course ask you questions to establish to type of cuisine from which to prepare a meal.

I am there to help turn your ideas into dishes that we can create together, so feel free to discuss you thoughts.

Whether it is Meditteranean, or Middle-Eastern, from your interest in cuisine we can develop a menu together.
